The House of the Dead: Remake features gyro aiming, new gun peripheral teased

    In a recent interview at Nintendo Life, Forever Entertainment shared some exciting news for The House of the Dead: Remake! The game features gyro aiming on Switch and a future update includes “Cowboy Mode”. In Cowboy Mode, players can dual-wield weapons with gyro aiming and both Joy Cons. Additionally, Forever Entertainment seemingly teases a new gun peripheral in development for the game. Read up on the excerpts below, courtesy of Nintendo Life:

    Nintendo Life: Can a single player wield two Joy-Con/guns simultaneously?
    Forever Entertainment: We call it “cowboy mode”, and it will be a part of a planned update.

    Can you use gyro controls with the Pro Controller?
    Yes, the gyroscope for all devices is supported, depending on a device of your choice.

    Was a gun peripheral considered for the Limited Edition? A lot of us have fond memories of The House Of The Dead: Overkill’s Wii Hand Cannon…
