CyberConnect2 CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama announced that a new game reveal from the company is coming in February (Thanks, Ryokutya2089)! Matsuyama states that the new game will “definitely get people talking” and “promises to shake the world”. Additionally, CyberConnect2 is preparing for the .hack 20th Anniversary in June 2022. The company also shared sales numbers for their latest games:
- Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles – 1.32 million
- Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot – 4.5 million
- Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 – 8.7 million units
