The Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition eShop pages are live. Players may purchase all 3 games as part of the bundle or separately. The total file size of the games are roughly 22 GB according to the eShop. Here are the individual file sizes for each game:
- Grand Theft Auto III – The Definitive Edition: 2.2 GB
- Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition: 6.5 GB
- Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition: 10.8 GB
Additional storage is taken up for these games after being download for assets, save data and more. For some reason, Vice City requires a 119 MB initial download followed by the 6.5 GB download for the game. This is likely one of the reasons why a download is required in the physical Switch version. Lastly, the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition releases on November 11th digitally and December 7th physically.
