    Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero takes place 10 years after the end of the Buu Saga, Red Ribbon Army returns; New Trailer

    During the New York Comic Con 2021 special panel for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, producer Akio Iyoku and producer Norihiro Hayashida shared new details about the film! The new anime film takes place 10 years after the end of the Buu Saga. This is right before the tournament at the end of Dragon Ball Z. Pan is growing up and being trained by Piccolo similarly to Gohan’s training during childhood. Vegeta, Whis and Broly appear in the film so fans should catch up with Dragon Ball Super: Broly if they haven’t already. Additionally, the previously revealed antagonists for the film are named Gamma 1 and 2 respectively. Goku’s Japanese VA Masako Nozawa confirms the return of the Red Ribbon Army as they have sinister plans in store. Check out the new trailer below:
