The Sonic Colors: Ultimate early access and review code period is filled with controversy. This is due to various bugs and issues being found in-game and shared like wildfire across social media. Thankfully, SEGA announced that they are aware of all the ongoing issues! The developers are currently assessing issues in Sonic Colors: Ultimate for an upcoming patch. This patch will likely come some time after release as the developers work to sort out all the issues. Sonic the Hedgehog social media manager Katie – MiniKitty shared the following message from SEGA:
