    CD Projekt Red explains Cyberpunk 2077’s development and apologizes for the rough console versions, reveals a full roadmap of updates and free DLC for 2021

    CD Projekt Red finally owns up to some serious mistakes made with the launch of Cyberpunk 2077. Co-founder Marcin Iwinski explains the development of the game leading up to launch last month along with apologizing for the rough launch and state of the game he contributed to. Iwinski reassures fans that they didn’t want to launch the game in such a state on last-gen consoles and will work hard to make sure Cyberpunk 2077 runs well on all platforms.     With a lot of work ahead of CD Projekt Red, they have provided a roadmap of what players can expect in 2021. This includes major updates, free DLC and next-gen versions coming later in the year.
