Tetris 99 will hold their 17th Maximus Cup on October 16th; themed around Pokemon Sword and Shield’s upcoming expansion, The Crown Tundra

Nintendo has announced that the next Tetris 99 Maximus Cup begins on October 16th! This time, Pokemon Sword and Shield returns as the theme of the cup in conjunction with the upcoming The Crown Tundra expansion. Players who earn at least 50 points will unlock the Pokemon Sword and Shield in-game theme.
