The Minecraft stage included with the Steve DLC includes biomes based around the game. One interesting tidbit not mentioned in the Sakurai Presents live-stream is that the biomes are selectable from the stage select screen! Various button combinations while selecting the stage will result in different biomes being used from the start of the match. Here’s an image of the button combinations used:
