Funimation tweeted a Phantom Thieves card on Twitter today, teasing a Persona 5: The Animation related announcement to come. The anime has yet to be released on streaming services with an English dub but it looks like Funimation might be doing so. Aniplex is releasing a Persona 5: The Animation Blu-Ray box set with English dub but costs an obscene $300. That Blu-Ray set releases on September 29th.
*Update* Funimation has announced that Persona 5: the Animation is coming to their service on August 18th! Both English dubs and subs will be available to watch.
