Nvidia has launched their Ultimate Countdown, looking back at all the years since their first GPU in 1999 to the current year, 2020. The countdown ends on September 1st and Nvidia hosts a special GeForce event on that day. According to emails sent to GeForce subscribers, Nvidia wants players to join in on what comes next for PC gaming. This is a tease to the long rumored RTX 3000 GPUs that will deliver true next-gen performance to the PC market. In the meantime, Nvidia will continue to showcase their history until September 1st arrives.
