Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been reaching sales milestones lately and today, Famitsu adds another to the list. Famitsu has announced that the game has reached over 5 million copies sold in Japanese retailers alone. This does not count digital sales in the eShop. Switch and Switch Lite sales combined reach over 14 million in Japan alone as well.
