Nintendo of Japan has released a report of unauthorized logins and the discontinuation of Nintendo Network IDs. The company has announced that 160,000 Nintendo accounts were impacted by unauthorized log-ins and purchases. Nintendo is immediately discontinuing these Nintendo Network ID sign-ins to prevent this from happening again. In addition, accounts impacted will have their password reset and any unauthorized purchases will be investigated by Nintendo.
