SEGA has announced that the company will be re-branding itself to SEGA Co Ltd! With this re-branding, SEGA Games and SEGA Interactive will unite as one whole entity. SEGA Games includes the console, PC, and mobile device operations of the company. On the flip side, SEGA Interactive was in charge of arcade machines and similar operations of that nature in Japan.
