Persona 5 Scramble – Morgana Report # 5: Kyoto, Osaka and Code Name: Wolf

    Atlus has released the last Morgana Report for Persona 5 Scramble before its release! The Morgana Report details the cities of Kyoto and Osaka as well as Phantom Thief Wolf. Here are all the details courtesy of Gematsu:


    Kyoto is one of the top tourist cities in Japan. It also happens to be Zenkichi Hasegawa’s home. The Phantom Thieves arrive in Kyoto under the request of Zenkichi and meet his daughter, Akane. She’s a huge fan of the Phantom Thieves.

    A Jail is present in Kyoto which has the appearance of a large shrine. Torii gates inside the Jail warp players around to different locations. It is advised to use caution while traversing this Jail.


    Osaka is the largest city in western Japan. It’s known for its massive variety of food and entertainment. It’s also home to the global IT company, Madicce. The company is involved in “Conversion Incidents” across Japan. Akira Konoe is the president of Madicce, wielding a talent of capturing the hearts of many through services and his personality.

    The Osaka Jail awaits the Phantom Thieves here. The Jail resembles a large futuristic city with robots and surveillance. Many tough enemies and challenges await. The Phantom Thieves must prepare for whats to come.

    Code Name Wolf

    Zenkichi Hasegawa awakens his Persona to fight evil with the Phantom Thieves. He wields dual pistols and a large sword. His Persona is Valjean, specializing in Almighty and Gun skills. He also has skills that help his fellow Phantom Thieves in action.
