Square-Enix has officially announced that the Kingdom Hearts HD Collections will release for Xbox One in 2020.  The official Kingdom Hearts Twitter also made the news official.

Square-Enix made the news official during Xbox’s annual X019 event.  During the Inside Xbox Livestream, they announced that Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and 2.5 HD Remix, and Kingdom Hearts 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue, would all release for the Xbox One. Square-Enix also announced that a demo of Kingdom Hearts 3 is available now for Xbox One.

Additionally, Square-Enix also announced that the HD Collections would be available would be coming to Xbox Games Pass as well.

Along with Kingdom Hearts, Square-Enix also announced that a slew of Final Fantasy games would be available for Xbox Games pass in 2020, and a port of Final Fantasy XIV; also coming in 2020.

Speculation regarding Xbox ports of the Kingdom Hearts games has grown since the release of the much anticipated Kingdom Hearts 3 back in January.  Especially since the game released on Xbox One as well as PlayStation 4.  With ports finally on the way; Square-Enix is hoping that it will introduce more people to the franchise.
