Koei Tecmo and Gust have released new details regarding Fairy Tail RPG! Gajeel Redfox and Juvia Lockser were previously confirmed as playable characters:
Gajeel Redfox
Gajeel is a Dragon Slayer who becomes stronger by eating iron and can transform his skin into iron scales. He goes by Black Steel Gajeel and his partner is Lily.
Juvia Lockser
Juvia is a mage who can control water and turn into water. She was a mage in the Phantom Lord guild until fighting the Fairy Tail guild, where she falls in love with Gray and joins the guild.
Fairy Tail RPG’s progression system is linked with growing the guild. Requests can be accepted and completed to rise in the guild ranks. Many requests include battles and are ranked from D to S.
Fairy Tail RPG’s story focuses within the halfway point of the anime. Natsu and the party are set on restoring Fairy Tail’s glory in the Grand Magic Games. Many arcs from the anime/manga are included in the game like Tenrou Island and Tartaros. Original episodes and scenes help characters bond.
