Girls’ Frontline studio announced Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery for Switch, PC and smartphones

X.D. Network and MICAteam of Sunborn Games Technology have announced Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery. This is a brand new tactical RPG from the Girls’ Frontline developers. Its slated to release for Switch, PC and smartphones. It will support a variety of languages including English, Japanese and Chinese. In addition, it will release as a “premium single-player game.” Here’s an overview of the game via Steam and a trailer:

Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery is a tactical turn-based role-playing game developed by MICAteam. Set in the near future, Earth has plunged into the “Second Cold War”, a world war in which two factions—the emerging Antarctic Union and the old guard UURSG—battle for dominance over cutting-edge technology that can turn the tide of war.

Mendo, an operative from MID, the Antarctic Union’s intelligence agency, was the sole survivor of an ambush on his tactical team during a mission, which left him with amnesia. After being rescued by a mysterious girl with silver hair who called herself “Jefuty,” they find themselves being pursued by both factions, and the two of them must work together to overcome obstacles and escape peril.

As he gets closer to the truth, the veil of mystery over Jefuty’s true identity is lifted bit by bit, and it becomes clear that Mund has gotten himself embroiled in a massive conspiracy…
