Com2uS Japan has announced the upcoming release of Destiny Child: Assemble in the first half of 2027 for Android and iOS. It is a new entry in SHIFT UP‘s Destiny Child franchise, though the original game is no longer active.

An English version of the trailer can be found on the game’s official website. It begins with the words “What will be, will be.”, followed by “Do you remember our pact?.” A blooming flower is depicted between the text.

Com2uS made an agreement for the IP rights to Destiny Child back in November 2024. TIKITAKA Studio will develop Destiny Child: Assemble, which set in the same world as the first game and will be in the idle RPG genre.

The original Destiny Child was first released in October 2016 and later ended service in September 2023. The SHIFT UP website describes Destiny Child as follows:

To become the Archfiend, your must create the most powerful army, gathering familiars called ”Childs” – beings born from human souls. A collectible RPG where you gather an army of Childs to win the Archfiend Contest.

SHIFT UP is also the developer behind Stellar Blade Complete Edition, which is available now for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store and coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on November 5. During Summer Game Fest 2026, SHIFT UP announced Stellar Blade: BLOOD RAIN, the long-awaited sequel to Stellar Blade. The story of the franchise will continue after the events of the original Stellar Blade with Evie, the game’s new protagonist.
