Koei Tecmo and Team NINJA have released its survey results for the limited-time Alpha demo for Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember, the sequel to Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. The survey results for the Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember demo revealed some areas of the game that will be improved ahead of launch, including the Insight Skill and Spirit systems.
Here are the latest details about the survey results, via Koei Tecmo:
In the Alpha Demo—which was available between Sept. 16 and 30, 2026—fans were able to get a first glimpse at the open field of Changban, joining forces with Liu Bei’s army in fierce battles against the pursuing armies of Cao Cao. Following the completion of the Alpha Demo, fans were invited to complete a survey to provide feedback. A report has now been compiled following the survey, detailing improvement plans for the title’s full release.
Firstly, as a result of survey responses, the complexity of the Insight Skill system will be addressed, with a focus on improving its success detection. Additionally, the Spirit system’s gain and loss balance will also be reworked, while Martial Arts and Wizardry Spells will be made stronger. These modifications will enable greater freedom in Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember’s combat system, encouraging players to take a more aggressive approach during battles. Furthermore, optimization will be improved, including upgrades to graphics and faster loading times. The full report can be read on the official Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember Alpha Demo Feedback Report website page.
