The Pokémon Company has announced that it will open a Pokémon retail store in London, United Kingdom, by 2029. It will feature exclusive merchandise and “one-of-a-kind experiences for trainers of all ages.”
Chief Product and Experience Officer at The Pokémon Company International, Gaku Susai commented on the news in a blog post, stating: “We are always exploring new opportunities that help us create unique and memorable experiences for our fans. This new London store will give visitors the chance to step into the world of Pokémon, whether they’re discovering the brand for the first time or have been Trainers for years. We hope it becomes a place where everyone can come together, feel like part of a community and enjoy the magic of Pokémon in a whole new way.”
In addition, the blog post confirms that more retail stores will open in other regions outside of Asia in the coming years. Recently, the Pokémon Company announced that Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is getting a physical release bundle featuring the Mega Dimension DLC on October 29, aptly titled Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Mega Dimension. Both Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and Mega Dimension will be available on a single physical game card, and players who purchase the bundle will receive a serial code with a gift of 100 Ultra Balls via Mystery Gift.
According to The Pokémon Company, if you have Nintendo Switch, the Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Mega Dimension is also playable on that system. When playing the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition on Nintendo Switch, the content will be the same as that of the original Nintendo Switch software. Additional features and content that utilize the Nintendo Switch 2 system’s specs will not be included or active on Switch.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension is available for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 in the Nintendo eShop.
