Capcom has announced that Street Fighter 6 will collaborate with Star Detective Precure! in a new four-part story. The story will start taking place in the game’s Battle Hub on December 17.
The first part of the story will feature the Precure girls solving a case that involves a destroyed arcade machine. It will highlight Street Fighter 6 characters such as Luke, Jamie, and Kimberly in the art style of Star Detective Precure! It will also include in-game avatar items, as well as special illustration fliers distributed at tie-in events, CAPCOM stores, and Precure Pretty Store across Japan. Currently, the collaboration is only confirmed to release in Japan. It is unknown if it will be available in other regions.
Recently, Capcom announced that upcoming Street Fighter 6 DLC character Arjun will release on October 13. Arjun is included with Street Fighter 6 Fighter Pass 4 and will be followed up by the release of DLC characters Tifa from Final Fantasy VII Revelation in early 2027 and Bosch in spring 2027. Arjun served as a police officer in India until the day his trusted partner was murdered, and Arjun was framed for the crime. Now he lives on the run, dedicating his every breath toward uncovering the mystery behind the death of his partner. Arjun’s Yoga Breathing techniques make him a stalwart powerhouse that sacrifices speed for powerful strikes capable of dealing recoverable damage to his opponent even after being blocked, devastating projectiles and clever traps he that combine to steal his opponent’s breath away in one fell swoop.
Lastly, Street Fighter 6 is available now on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The recent Precure film is now available to watch in theaters.
