During Tokyo Game Show 2026, D3 Publisher announced Dream Club Zero R+, a new port of Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 romance simulation game Dream Club Zero. Dream Club Zero+ will launch in 2027 on consoles in Japan, and there will be three new host girls in the game designed by original character designer Haruyuki Morisawa. Further details will be revealed at a later date.
D3 Publisher also announced that Earth Defense Force 6.2 Invaders from Another World, the next entry in the long-running Earth Defense Force action-shooter series, will launch on March 18, 2027, for PlayStation 5 in Japan. PlayStation Plus subscribers have access to a 10% discount during the pre-order period. Players who have played Earth Defense Force 5 or Earth Defense Force 5 for PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 can purchase the 9,900 yen Deluxe Edition with a 20% discount.
What’s more, D3 Publisher confirmed that Earth Defense Force 6 is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on January 28, 2027. Earth Defense Force 5 will launch first for Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8, 2026. Earth Defense Force 6 is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
