SEGA and Creative Assembly have announced Total War: SHOGUN 2 – Complete Edition, which will release on October 13 on PC. Owners of the original will get legacy DLC for free, and a 75% discount on the new edition.
The new version will include three campaigns: SHOGUN 2, RISE OF THE SAMURAI, and FALL OF THE SAMURAI. Further, the new features are as follows:

Grand Strategy
Wage total war, unite Japan and become Shogun. Tactical Battles
Command massed armies of samurai warriors in dramatic real-time tactical battles. Master the tactics of the Shogun era and sweep across the battlefields of Feudal Japan, commanding massive, pitched battles, besieging towering fortresses, and springing devastating ambushes. Glorious victory or shameful defeat will be yours.
Multiplayer
Create a persistent, upgradable general in Avatar Conquest Mode. Win online battles, earn XP and unlock better armour, new unit types, and permanent upgrades for your troops. Jump into Co-op or Competitive Campaigns to play through the entire Shogun 2 campaign by conquering Japan together or competing for supremacy. Up to 8 players can join hosted lobbies for massive, chaotic skirmishes in Custom Battles.
