The Pokémon Company and studio Aardman (Wallace & Gromit series) have released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming new Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d and Pichu stop-motion animated series. Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d and Pichu takes players back to the Galar region from the Pokémon Sword and Shield games when it premieres in 2027 on Disney+ and the Disney XD channel.

Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d and Pichu is part of a global distribution deal struck between Disney+ and The Pokémon Company International. The deal includes Pokémon the Series: The Beginning, the original Indigo League season of the anime, which began streaming on Disney+ on August 7 and airing on Disney XD.
The latest stop-motion series for the franchise is Pokémon Concierge, which is streaming now on Netflix. Pokémon Concierge initially premiered on December 28, 2023 with a total of four episodes.
