The Sonic Chaos Hunt is an ongoing fan event where Sonic and friends are on the hunt for the Chao Emeralds. When all the Emeralds are found, they will be used to power Club Chaos, a celebration of Sonic’s 35th anniversary. It is currently headed to New York City on August 15, where fans can gather to celebrate Sonic. Fans will be able to see the Blue Chaos Emerald, take photos, and the first 300 to arrive will receive prizes.

- Fans can find the activation near Gansevoort Plaza.
- Date and Time: Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET.

- Sonic and Shadow the Hedgehog will be available to hang out and take pictures with the fans!
- Fans will also be able to scan a QR code to collect the Emerald on their phones for a chance to win the grand prize of an all expenses paid trip to Club Chaos in October!
- In addition, fans will be the first to receive a new and exclusive Sonic collaboration comic book.
- The first 100 fans will receive a free Chaos Hunt shirt, and the first 250 fans will receive an exclusive Sonic the Hedgehog and Blue Emerald enamel collectible pin.
