Insomniac Games and PlayStation have revealed a limited edition PlayStation 5 bundle and accessories based on Marvel’s Wolverine. New console covers and controllers will be available.
For the PlayStation 5 slim, both for the digital edition and those with a disc drive, “Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow” console covers ($74.99) will be available, alongside a custom controller with the same color scheme ($84.99). Further, a bundle including both the console and the controller ($649.99) will also release. In addition, PlayStation 5 Pro console covers and controllers will release with the “Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition” color scheme. The Battle Yellow console covers will also be available for the PlayStation 5 Pro. Pre-orders will go live on August 19 at 10 AM local time via the PlayStation Direct site.

Marvel’s Wolverine will release on September 15 for PlayStation 5. The PlayStation Store describes the game as follows:
The game will explore Logan’s signature spin on heroism – which is much darker and more brutal than you might expect from Insomniac. Independence is often the way of Wolverine, although he’ll encounter familiar faces on his journey, like the elusive Mystique and the brutish Omega Red. Some will fight alongside Logan against all odds, while others will unleash all-out attacks, such as the Reavers, an enemy faction that will keep our hero’s instincts on edge.
In this original story, Wolverine is on the hunt to uncover the secrets of a dark past that keeps eluding him. His search for answers will send him on perilous excursions to exotic locales, including the island nation of Madripoor, the frosted wilderness of Canada and the narrow city streets of Tokyo – all potential battlegrounds for fierce, bloody, destructive action.
