The Pokémon Company has launched its Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass Part 1: Bubbly Basin DLC is now available alongside update 2.0.0 Update 2.0.0 introduces new areas and ways to play and makes the DLC available to those who have bought it. Part 1: Bubbly Basin is also available for owners of the Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass, but only after updating the game.

Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass—Part 1: Bubbly Basin
Explore Bubbly Basin, a town where Pokémon live beneath the sea. In this submerged space, players can make buildings which float at different levels underwater using buoyant blocks and receive help from Pokémon with the Generate specialty to power bubble machines or activate streetlights. Players can also grow watermelons with the assistance of Pokémon with the Water specialty.
Embark on an underwater adventure throughout Bubbly Basin, where players can discover new outfits, new furniture, more Pokémon, and a power-up for the move Surf. Players can also learn how to build a Sharpedo submarine to make a room reminiscent of a Secret Base.
Pokémon Pokopia Version 2.0.0 Free Software Update
Meet the Mythical Water-type Pokémon Manaphy in the version 2.0.0 free software update to learn a newly added move, Dive. With Dive, players can expand their underwater exploration, swim with Water-type Pokémon, and build underwater structures.
Pokémon Pokopia is available now on Nintendo Switch 2 for $69.99 digitally and physically as a Game-Key Card title. Final Weapon reviewed Pokémon Pokopia and awarded it a 4.5/5 score, noting that the game “shattered expectations” and engrosses players in its various systems.
