ATLUS has revealed that Persona 30th Anniversary items will be available at Kushi Sushi from August 1 to September 17. The collaboration will include new menu items and Capsule Prizes.
The menu items are themed around Persona 3 Reload, Persona 4 Revival, and Persona 5 Royal:

Weird Takoyaki Tempura Roll: Takoyaki wrapped with sushi rice and seaweed, tempura-fried and topped with mayonnaise, green onion, and bonito flakes.

Rainy Day Special Beef Bowl: Sushi rice topped with sukiyaki beef and a seasoned soft-boiled egg.

Calling Card Tuna Roll: Negitoro and cucumber wrapped in seaweed and sushi rice, finished with sesame seeds and topped with tuna, mayonnaise, spicy crunchy garlic, and fried onion.
Kura Revolving Sushi Bar guests will receive a single randomized Persona x Kura Sushi Bikkura Pon capsule prize after consuming sushi plates—15, 25, then every 15 plates thereafter. These prizes include 11 collectible sticker 3-piece sets, acrylic charms, and can badges. Capsule prizes will be available for individual purchase in-restaurant, online, and via DoorDash. Further, Kura Sushi Rewards members can get a collaborative Persona x Kura Sushi cooling towel and case with their $85 minimum in-restaurant order starting on August 5 while supplies last.
Persona 4 Revival will launch on February 18, 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Microsoft Store and Steam. Plus, Persona 4 Revival will be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one. Pre-orders for the Persona 4 Revival Collector’s Edition (console only) are available now at participating retailers. It features new fully voiced events and dialogue and a newly recorded and arranged soundtrack. It also includes new features, such as the Prime Time gameplay mechanic. Lastly, ATLUS recently announced Persona 6 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Microsoft Store and Steam.
