Astrolabe Games has released a new gameplay trailer for roguelite action game BlazBlue Entropy Effect X featuring Platinum, the game’s newest playable character. Platinum will be playable in the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 version of BlazBlue Entropy Effect X.
BlazBlue Entropy Effect X is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on August 13, and pre-orders are now open. There will also be a paid Upgrade Pack ($1.99) for players who already own the Switch version.
The Switch 2 version includes enhanced visuals, an improved frame rate, GameShare support, and exclusive Nintendo Switch 2 Edition content. In addition, a free update will be available on all platforms featuring Platinum, an upgraded Training Space, new branching route options for each run, and more.
BlazBlue Entropy Effect X is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Final Weapon reviewed BlazBlue Entropy Effect X and awarded it a 4/5 score, noting that it’s a “great roguelite action game that pays homage to the BlazBlue series while delivering an intriguing storyline, engaging mechanics, and a fair level of challenge.”
BlazBlue Entropy Effect X features thousands of newly recorded voice lines from the returning fan-favorite voice actors for the series, along with new and original characters.
