Devolver Digital and Kenny Sun and Friends have announced that the final content update for BALL x PIT, titled “The Naturalist,” will launch on August 6. BALL x PIT The Naturalist will introduce two new characters “The Ballbearer” and “The Hoary Hoarder,” 11 new balls, and five new passives.
BALL x PIT is available now for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Final Weapon reviewed BALL x PIT and rated it a 4.5/5, stating that it’s a “fantastic reinvention of Breakout with a new twist. The game combines concepts from the roguelite genre, farming simulators, and shoot-em-ups. In theory, this blending of elements shouldn’t work, but the game is fantastically addicting thanks to a fun gameplay loop.”
