Netflix has released a teaser trailer for the LEGO One Piece animated special, premiering on the service on September 29. Most of the live-action cast reprise their roles.
The cast for the animated special includes:
- Iñaki Godoy as Luffy
- Emily Rudd as Nami
- Mackenyu as Zoro
- Jacob Romero (Jacob Romero Gibson) as Usopp
- Taz Skylar as Sanji
- Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday/Nefertari Vivi
- Mikaela Hoover as Tony Tony Chopper
- Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha
- Jeff Ward as Buggy the Clown
- Callum Kerr as Captain Smoker

Atomic Cartoons will produce the special in collaboration with Shueisha and The Lego Group. Tom Hyndman serves as showrunner, writer, and executive producer. Chelsea Ker will direct, while Takuma Naito and Taro Goto are the producers. Series creator Oda is also listed as an executive producer alongside LEGO’s Jill Wilfert, Keith Malone, and Lars Danielsen, and Tomorrow Studios’ Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements.
Recently, the official teaser trailer for WIT Studio’s upcoming The One Piece anime remake released ahead of the anime’s February 2027 premiere. As previously announced, the first episode of The One Piece will be titled “Romance Dawn,” and there will be 7 total episodes dropping at once on Netflix. Masashi Koizuka directs the anime at WIT Studio, and Hideaki Abe is the assistant director.
Kyoji Asano and Takatoshi Honda are the character designers and chief animation directors. Yasuhiro Kajino is in charge of image board and creature design, and Eri Taguchi is in charge of prop design. Taku Kishimoto is in charge of series scripts, Ken Imaizumi and Shuhei Fukuda is the action animator, Tomonori Kuroda is the art director, and Ryōma Kawamura is the animation producer.
