Treyarch and Iron Galaxy have confirmed that the new Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 ports have matchmaking which allows crossplay between PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 and between Season Pass owners and non-owners. No crossplay is available with other platforms or PlayStation 3.
Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 released on July 9 with a price of $19.99 for PlayStation Plus subscribers. After August 6, the price of both games will return to $39.99 each on PS4 and PS5. It is also worth noting that the Season Pass for each title is $29.99. The Season Pass for each game is discounted to $9.89 during the same aforementioned discount period.
