emaqi has launched emaqi Premium, a new monthly subscription service for readers in the U.S. and Canada with access to a growing catalog of manga series from leading publishers. SHONENGAHOSHA CO., LTD. and AKITA PUBLISHING CO., LTD are among the 10+ leading publishers, and titles from VIZ Media and Kodansha USA Publishing will be available soon. Priced at $6.99 / $9.99 CAD per month, emaqi Premium offers approximately 100 titles at launch, with many receiving their first official English release. There will be nearly 100 new volumes expected to be added each month, ensuring that fans have plenty to read and explore on regularly. To celebrate the launch, new subscribers can begin with a seven-day free trial, and a referral program is available through July 31 at 11:59 p.m. EDT, allowing you to invite friends to start a trial and earn 3,000 reading coins. Invited users who register will also receive a 30-day free trial. Up to 10 friends may be invited per month.
There’s also a Read-to-Earn Coin Campaign, which rewards users for reading manga. During the campaign period, users who read five chapters of participating series can earn 50 coins per title across 21 eligible series, for a maximum of 1,050 coins. The promotion runs through July 31 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
