Following the final episode of Wistoria: Wand and Sword Season 2, the anime’s staff confirmed that the series will continue with season 3, which is now in production. To celebrate the announcement of Wistoria: Wand and Sword Season 3, character designer Sayaka Ono shared a new illustration (shown above)

Tatsuya Yoshihara (Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc) is the chief director of the anime, which is being produced by Bandai Namco Pictures and Actas. Hideaki Nakano is the director. Sayaka Ono returns as character designer and chief animation director, and Yuki Hayashi also returns to compose the music.
