COLOPL has announced the upcoming release of Kazuma Kaneko’s Tsukuyomi for PC via Steam on July 24. The game first launched for Nintendo Switch on April 23.

Kazuma Kaneko’s Tsukuyomi will support English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese as its language options. The second DLC, ‘The Divine Artist K’s True Manifestation Set – Part Two’, will also launch on July 24, giving players access to new resources such as cards for use in combat. The Steam store page is currently not available in the US.

The game’s official website gives a story synopsis and description of the mechanics as follows:

Tokyo, 20XX.
Rising from the bay stands “THE HASHIRA”—a massive, high-tech complex dominating the skyline. It was supposed to be the pinnacle of luxury living. A perfect fusion of design and technology. But that dream died overnight.

A plasma barrier snapped shut around the tower, sealing it off from the rest of the world. Trapped inside, the residents had nowhere to run as the “Jinma”—abominations from beyond the rift—began their slaughter.

In the midst of this nightmare, Izayoi Tsukuyomi, an agent of the NCO, steps into the breach. His mission: infiltrate the demon-infested skyscraper. Waiting at the summit is either the restoration of order… or ruin at the hands of an ancient god.

Battle

The Tsukuyomi fight using “Jinma Cards”—sealed vessels of gods and demons. With a 3-card hand, this unique system lets you dictate offense and defense in a single, split-second action. Experience fast, strategic combat.

Dungeon

The interior of “THE HASHIRA” features an ever-changing structure. Exploration brings you face-to-face with trapped survivors and wandering Jinma via map events. How you respond to these encounters will drastically alter your path forward.

Tsukuyomi Level

Upon defeat or when shifting investigations, your stock of Jinma Cards and items will reset. However, your hard-earned EXP and Level are retained. Leveling up the Tsukuyomi unlocks permanent bonuses to aid you in future runs.

Okami’s Jinma Card

As you explore, the mysterious god Okami will bestow upon you “Creation Cards”—special Jinma Cards with unique properties. These cards boast powerful abilities that evolve based on your choices during the run. Even after defeat, they are archived for future use, expanding your deck-building strategies with every attempt.
