WSS playground, Xemono, and nyalra’s hit denpa game Needy Girl Overdose / Needy Streamer Overload is finally getting its own anime series with unique new characters and, of course, KAngel! Final Weapon has everything you need to know about the Needy Girl Overdose anime, including the weekly schedule, release dates and timing for new episodes, and the cast and staff.

The story of the Needy Girl Overdose anime follows OMGkawaaiAngel, also known as KAngel. KAngel is determined to become the ultimate “Internet Angel” in a world where currency and viewership matters greatly. However, KAngel is not all that she seems to be, as underneath her makeup and lively streams, something else lurks.

New Needy Girl Overdose episodes will release on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. PT / 11:30 a.m. ET on Crunchyroll. Episodes will be released with English subs. Needy Girl Overdose will feature 13 episodes in total.

Aiobahn +81 and “KAngel” (“Chōten-chan”) perform the opening theme song “Internet Angel,” with lyrics written by nyalra. Tatsuya Kitani performs the ending theme song “Levitation.”

The cast members of in-story girl group Karamazov include:

Anna Nagase is also a part of the cast as vocational school student Kache.

Masaoki Nakajima directs the anime at Yostar Pictures. Needy Streamer Overload scenario writer nyalra is credited for the original idea, scenario, and supervision. Ohisashiburi is credited for the original character design, and Kenji Saikai, Akari Takei, and Umito Shimizu are the main character designers.

The Needy Girl Overdose anime is streaming on Crunchyroll worldwide, excluding Japan, China, Korea and Mongolia. In Japan, the anime will air on the Tokyo MX, BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV channels.

The Needy Girl Overdose anime is based on the console and PC game, which is titled Needy Streamer Overload in English. Needy Girl Overdose features new original characters that weren’t present in the game.
