PlayStation and Arc System Works have revealed that Carnage, Magneto, and Green Goblin will be part of the roster for MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls. They join Doctor Doom’s team, titled the Knights of Doom.

The Knights of Doom join the previous teams of the Amazing Guardians, Fighting Avengers, and Unbreakable X-Men. The previously announced members of the launch roster include Peni Parker, Storm, Magik, Danger, Wolverine, Captain America (Steve Rogers), Doctor Doom, Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes), Iron Man, Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan), Spider-Man (Peter Parker), Black Panther (Shuri), Hulk, and Star-Lord. 20 characters will be available at launch.
MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls will release on August 6 for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Pre-orders are available now featuring the Infinity Gauntlet lobby equipment, Cosmic Surfboard lobby ride, and Baby Groot lobby pet.
An Ultimate Edition will be available to purchase, which will include a Year One Character and Stage Pass (which features 4 playable characters and an extra stage), a Howard the Duck lobby avatar, a Cosmo lobby pet, different colors for all 20 characters, and the following costumes:
- Spider-Man – Advanced Suit 2.0 From Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
- Storm – Punk Rock Costume
- Iron Man – Classic Costume
- Captain America – Classic Costume
- Doctor Doom – Supreme Ruler Costume
MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls is being developed by Arc System Works in cooperation with Marvel Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment. More details about the next and final team, which features Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes) will release at a later date.
