White Owls Inc has announced Hotel Barcelona will release for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 at a later date. Additionally, the “Late Check-Out” DLC will release for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on May 21.

Hotel Barcelona initially came out for PC via Steam and Microsoft Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S in September 2025. Developers and publishers White Owls Inc. released the DLC Late Check-Out on PC on April 24 2026. The Switch and Switch 2 versions will include the base game, the DLC, and all major updates released thus far, developed and published in collaboration with Eden Industries. The port will cost $34.99. According to Gematsu, it will also support:

  • One-to-three players
  • Up to four players during invasion play
  • Online multiplayer
  • Cooperative gameplay
  • Player-versus-player invasion mode

The Steam store page describes the “Late Check-Out” DLC:

Late Check-Out means exactly what you think it does.

You’re not done. The hotel isn’t done with you.

The Late Check-Out DLC expands Hotel Barcelona with two new story stages, pushing you beyond the familiar halls and into something far worse.

Step onto the blood-soaked fairways of the Dusk Valley Golf Resort, where precision and panic collide in wide-open killing grounds. Then descend into the decaying opulence of The Former Grandall Estate, a place where every room feels like it’s watching you back.

This isn’t an extension.
It’s an escalation.

What’s Included

New Story Stages
Dusk Valley Golf Resort– open spaces, nowhere to hide
The Former Grandall Estate – tight corridors, oppressive atmosphere, relentless pressure

New Bosses
• 2 new boss encounters designed to test positioning, timing, and nerve

New Enemies
• 17 new enemy types introduced across both stages
• New behaviours and attack patterns that force you to adapt

Expanded Story
• New narrative sequences and cutscenes
• More insight into the forces behind Hotel Barcelona

You Can Check In. You Can’t Leave.

The hotel always has one more room.

One more hallway.
One more mistake.

Extend the mayhem. Stay a little longer.
