Alliance Arts and WHO YOU have announced Drunken Goddess Reflux, a new drinking survival game revolving around “alcohol Russian roulette with a yandere demon.” Drunken Goddess Reflux will launch in 2026 for PC via Steam.
Drunken Goddess Reflux comes from the minds of Nanahira, odyk, WHO YOU, and other key members from the newly released rhythm adventure game Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis. Aiobahn+81 composed the game’s soundtrack, including the theme song sung by DEMONDICE.
Why So Serious (WSS), Alliance Arts and WHO YOU released Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis on April 23 for PC via Steam for $16.99. Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis includes support for English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Portuguese (Brazil), French, German, Polish, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (LATAM), Thai, and Turkish language options. A Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis demo is also available now.
Previously, Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis was delayed to winter and then April 2026 to make room for major improvements, including full Japanese voice overs. The main cast includes Nanahira as Qtie and Haruko Momoi as Yunyun. HARDCORE TANO*C is charting all the in-game music, and KOTOKO performs the opening theme song “Denpa-tic Imaginary Girl ‘Q’.”
