Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu! Part 5 Film Gets a New Official Trailer

Bandai Namco Filmworks has released a new official trailer for Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu! Part 5, which opens on October 9 in theaters in Japan. Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu! Part 5 will screen in Dolby Cinema, Dolby Atmos, 4DX and MX4D alongside normal screenings. 

Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu! Part 4 opened on April 10 and included a “pilot video” based on Takeshi Nogami and Takaaki Suzuki’s Girls und Panzer: Ribon no Musha manga. 

The first and second parts in the anime film adaptation of Maruko Nii’s Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu! spinoff manga opened on December 26, 2025, and January 30, 2026, respectively. Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu! Part 3 opened on March 6.

ChouCho and Sayaka Sasaki perform the opening theme song “Nonstop Daydream,” while Mai Fuchigami performs the ending theme song “Oyasuminasai no Tsuzuki Desu! (The Continuation of Good Night!).”

Masami Shimoda directs the new Girls und Panzer anime at P.A. Works and Actas. Takahiko Usui is the series director, and Noboru Kimura writes and oversees the series scripts. Humikane Shimada and Isao Sugimoto are the original character designers with help from Takeshi Nogami. Additionally, Sugimoto is the character designer for animation.

Maruko Nii launched the Girls und Panzer manga in 2013 in Monthly Comic Alive. The manga’s 23rd volume will ship on March 22. The anime series began in October 2012 and aired for 12 episodes. The anime film adaptation, Girls und Panzer der Film, opened in November 2015 in Japan.
