Level Infinite and SHIFT UP has released its Goddess of Victory: NIKKE 3.5 Anniversary Update alongside a “Global Commander Cheering Campaign” community initiative. Goddess of Victory: NIKKE 3.5 Anniversary Update brings the “Lights of Hope” tour, which focuses on Nikke Anis as she returns as the lead singer of T.T. STAR. Players can begin to claim daily rewards, recruit three new Goddess of Victory: NIKKE characters and limited event costumes, and play through new main story content.

- Neon: Vision Eye – Created with ancient V.T.C. technology, Neon’s new body is able to cut off all external elements, making her immune to corruption, Dark Matter, and E2 Crystal. It’s undeniably the healthiest body in the world.
- Avistar – A calm and meticulous member of the Overseer (Inspection Unit) and an apologetic, die-hard fan of Anis. Avistar is available for free during the 3.5 Anniversary update.

The Global Commander Cheering Campaign brings a real-world celebration where Anis and T.T. STAR light up iconic landmarks in New York City, Tokyo, Taipei, and Seoul as players complete community milestones. Once the seventh and final milestone is unlocked, the campaign culminates in a grand live performance by T.T STAR at Potters Field Park across from Tower Bridge on April 30 at 21:00 (UTC+9).
