Kadokawa has revealed the first promotional video for the second season of Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs, which premieres in July. The company also revealed a new key visual.

Kazuya Miura directs the Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs Season 2 at studio ENGI. Kenta Ihara handles the series scripts, and Masahiko Suzuki is the character designer and chief animation director. Tetsuya Watanabe is the CG director, and Shin’ichi Komeya is compositing director of photography.

Yomu Mishima launched the story of the light novel series in 2017, and the series ended with the 13th volume in March 2024. The first season of the anime premiered in April 2022, and Crunchyroll streamed the anime with English subtitles and an English dub.
