The official website for the anime adaptation of Rumiko Takahashi’s Ranma 1/2 manga just revealed that the anime’s third season will air in October and will be streamed on Netflix. The staff also revealed the third season’s teaser visual and first promotional video.
The third season will see most of the cast and staff members from the previous season reprising their roles. Kōnosuke Uda is again directing the anime at MAPPA. Returning chief animation directors Yoshiko Saitō and Kōsuke Kawamura will be joined by Riko Kaneda and Haruki Miura. Masahiro Kurio also returns as main animator with the addition of Atsuko Ishida and Yoshihiro Takeda.
The anime’s first season premiered nationwide in Japan in October 2024 while the second season premiered on October 4 2025. Both the first and the second season are available to stream on Netflix.
