Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve ‘Strangereal Evolution Episode 1’ Trailer Released

Bandai Namco and Bandai Namco Aces have released the “Strangereal Evolution Episode 1” trailer for Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve to celebrate the franchise’s 30th anniversary. The Strangereal Evolution Episode 1 trailer takes a look back at some of the earlier entries in the series leading up to new gameplay footage of Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve.

Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve launches in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

July 2029: The Federation of Central Usea (FCU) has fallen under a lightning invasion by the Republic of Sotoa. A legendary ace, a symbol of hope, a name tied to Theve, the FCU capital.
