Cygames has announced that Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising update 2.60 and a new DLC character are in the works. Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising update 2.60 will include a new stage, a new system mechanic, adjustments to system mechanics, various character adjustments, a new costume, and “more.” A teaser silhouette for the new DLC character appears to be for Id, the original character from Granblue Fantasy: Relink.
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Cygames previously released the version 2.50 update for Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising alongside DLC character Ilsa on February 10.
Cygames has released the long-awaited Steam version of Granblue Fantasy on March 10, and to celebrate the launch, an illustration was released. The Steam launch of Granblue Fantasy is the game’s first-ever western launch on PC following its initial Japanese release on web browsers in 2014.
GRANBLUE FANTASY: Relink – Endless Ragnarok launches on July 9 for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Players returning from GRANBLUE FANTASY: Relink may carry over their save data and continue in GRANBLUE FANTASY: Relink – Endless Ragnarok by purchasing the Digital Upgrade Kit. A CyStore-Exclusive Edition will be available with the full game, a Seven-Star Sword Metal Replica & Showcase Box, an artbook, a roulette keychain, and acrylic art block with an exclusive illustration.
