Borderlands 4 Reveals Gameplay Overview for C4SH

Meet "The Rogue."

Published:

Gearbox has released a gameplay overview trailer for the first DLC Vault Hunter coming to Borderlands 4, C4SH. The character will be available alongside the “Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned” story pack on March 26.

According to Gearbox, C4SH the Rogue can pick one of three action skills throughout his skill tree. These are as follows:

  • Cross-Fire: Holster your current weapon and brandish C4SH’s dual revolvers to unleash a hail of bullets from a third-person perspective (akin to Rafa’s Arc-Knives Action Skill). During Cross-Fire, you can trigger secondary effects like a melee knockback and a targeted lock-on.
    • During Windfall, the dual revolvers’ shots have a chance to ricochet.
  • Sleight of Hand: When activated, C4SH draws cards in each hand, so you quickly toss out a volley of spells like Fireball or Magic Missile, with more available via Augments. The more card types added to your deck, the more random effects can trigger.
    • During Windfall, each card has greatly increased effects.
  • Cleromancy: Throw Bone Dice to summon a Bone Totem with unique effects based on the roll results. Depending on which Bone Totem warps in, it might generate buffing effects or deal damage like a turret; some Totems are stationary, others seek out allies or enemies!
    • During Windfall, dice rolls always result in a unique roll.

Borderlands 4 is available now PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. C4SH and the new story pack will be available at no additional cost for owners of the Borderlands 4 Super Deluxe Edition or the Vault Hunter Pack, and as a separate purchase.
