Rivals of Aether II Releases ‘Fun-For-All Update’ on April 7

Featuring a new character, Slade, alongside new modes, features, and more.

Aether Studios has announced the “Fun-For-All” update for Rivals of Aether II, which will be available on April 7. The update adds a new character, new modes, new features, and more. 

The free update adds the following:

  • Item Mode
    • A chaotic twist to matches, featuring 20 different unique items to find, grab, and fling at your opponents.
  • Casual Stages
    • 10 new variants of the base stage selection. Each is full of hazards, surprises, and plenty of space for combat.
  • Slade, the Swagger of the Sea
    • A brand new playable character with an moveset built around swashbuckling sword attacks. He also utilizes  a unique coin-collecting, item-purchasing mechanic that’s easy to learn and hard to master.
