How Do I Redeem My Codes?
Before redeeming a code in Zenless Zone Zero, players must reach Level 5 and have access to the game’s first commissions. By this point, you should have a nickname associated with the main character.
After reaching Level 5, the “Redemption Code” option under “More” will let you type in and redeem a promo code in Zenless Zone Zero. Once redeemed, the rewards will be available to claim in the Mail menu.
