The Pokémon Company has announced the Pokémon TCG Pocket Fantastical Parade expansion launches on January 29 alongside a free update. Pokémon TCG Pocket Fantastical Parade introduces new Mega Evolution Pokémon ex cards, with the Legendary Pokémon Ogerpon making its debut as Teal Mask Ogerpon ex.
What’s more, there will be new booster packs featuring Mega Gardevoir, and a number of new features will be introduced. A new message feature lets players choose from preset messages to share whether they’d like to trade for a wishlisted card or a card in an alternate language, encouraging more trade opportunities. In addition, a new random battle option will be available for solo battle, allowing players to participate in a random battle where an opponent’s deck will be a surprise until the battle begins.
Previously, the Pokémon TCG Pocket Crimson Blaze Booster Pack was made available on December 17, 2025. The Crimson Blaze Booster Pack marked the in-game debut of fan-favorite Mega-Evolved Pokémon like Mega Charizard Y, Mega Venusaur and Mega Blastoise as Mega Evolution Pokémon ex. An assortment of new cards with research lab-themed illustrations were also made available.
The results of the 2025 Apple’s App Store Awards are in, with Pokémon TCG Pocket taking home the iPhone Game of the Year 2025 award. Pokémon TCG Pocket also recently took home the Google Play Best Game of 2025 award.
Lastly, Pokémon TCG Pocket is available now for Android and iOS.
