The Nintendo Switch version of Earnest Evans Collection launched on December 25, 2025 in Japan. The PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions will launch on February 19 in Japan.

Lastly, here’s an overview of the game, via Limited Run Games:

The Earnest Evans trilogy–featuring El Viento, Earnest Evans, and Annet Returns–is back!

In El Viento, heroine Annet attempts to stop the cult of Hastur, which seeks to resurrect their master god and take over the world. To do this, a massive ceremony must be performed atop a large structure in New York City – the future Empire State Building! Guide Annet through speakeasies, factories, alleyways, and more throughout the city and put an end to the ritual!

In Earnest Evans, famed archaeologist Earnest Evans un-earthed his greatest challenge: three ancient idols that together could bring an end to life on Earth. The idols were scattered at random throughout the world by the god of the winds, Hastur, before its power was crushed. Yet Evans was injured before he could complete the search. Fifty years pass and now it’s up to Dr. Evans’ grandson Earnest to save the world. But in his way are giant scorpions, humongous Venus Fly Traps and the thugs controlled by syndicate leader Brady Tresidder.

In Annet Returns, Annet is faced with her greatest challenge yet. She seeks to thwart the NeXesis party and their evil plans to conquer Europe! Annett must battle in a flurry of grapples, guards, and combos to come out on top! Watch Annet’s world come to life through stunning animated visuals in this climactic finale to the beloved trilogy.
